Our wrap-around Victorian veranda serves as a calming, enchanting environment to "dream a little dream," or curl up with a good book from our lending library. Antique white wicker fills this 1880's porch that is decorated "in tune" with the seasons.

A Gourmet candlelit breakfast is served. Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee... farm fresh eggs, apple pancakes, freshly baked quiche, homemade cinnamon French toast, fluffy egg and cheese soufflés, western frittatas, and our specialty - Glenboro Shirred Eggs... all complemented with a variety of fresh fruits, homemade breads and muffins. And for our early birds... coffee and tea at 7:15 a.m.. Or the ultimate, Breakfast-in-Bed!

Deposit:
A one night or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are applied to last day(s) of reservation. EARLY CHECKOUTS FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSITS AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL NIGHTS BOOKED. You may charge your deposit by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express at the time of booking.

Cancellations:
Except for holiday weekends and fall foliage, the deposit on a reservation cancelled more than two weeks prior to arrival will be refunded less a $20 cancellation fee. On holiday weekends and during fall foliage, the deposit on a reservation cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $35 cancellation fee. Any cancellation received within the specified cancellation periods will be refunded only if the room is resold less applicable cancellation fee.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable, and once booked our normal reservation cancellation policy applies.
We do not "overbook" our rooms. We hold your reservations for those dates, turning others away for that time period. For this reason, if you leave earlier than scheduled, you will be charged for the entire reservation unless we can rent the room to others.
